Please note that we will not be serving dinner at this event. As with each of our evening family events, our goal is to provide a fun evening for families for under twenty dollars. Trivia will be from 7:00pm to 8:30pm and cost $10 per team (with teams of up to 8 people). Questions will range in difficulty to assure participation of all age groups. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams. For more information, see the attached flyer.

Each Friday, our students and staff are invited to wear t-shirts and sweatshirts from any college or university to help support our focus on the importance of post-secondary education and to promote a culture that focuses on learning. Some of our kiddos are in need of items to wear, and we’d like to invite families to donate any college items that we may pass along to our students. This is a great opportunity to represent your alma mater in our hallways! Any adult sizes from S-XL are welcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your donations.

Edgewood and Spencer Butte are inviting all families to join us for an evening of fun and education. We are hosting a night where families can learn about various calming methods and strategies while having a chance to create their own products to take home. We will have stations set up to create glitter jars, stress balls, feelings flashcards, slime, rice pouches, and so much more! Come learn and create in a fun environment and take home some great strategies! This event will be held on Thursday, February 13 from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Spencer Butte cafeteria. The event is available for all families and we are asking for a donation of $1 per person or $5 per family. Light snacks will be available for purchase. We would love to have Edgewood and Spencer Butte families be a part of this experience, so if you are interested in volunteering please let us know by signing up on the following link:

This Summit is a two-day event organized for students interested in sharing ideas for creating sustainable solutions to our most pressing environmental problems. The Summit will take place on Saturday, February 29th and Sunday, March 1st from 8am – 4pm and will include workshops by local activists, educators and fellow youth leaders, a keynote by Kiran Oommen, one of the 21 plaintiffs in the Juliana vs. United States lawsuit, and an opportunity to create sustainable business plans addressing current environmental problems. Regular registration is $50 per student. Space is limited so register soon to reserve your spot! Please note that we do have scholarship funds for students in need of financial assistance upon request. No student will be turned away for lack of funds! Contact for more information.
