MONDAY OPTIONAL OFFICE HOURS – NEW SCHEDULE

After getting feedback from staff and families, we are altering our plan for Monday Zoom meetings.

Moving forward, every week will be the same for students. We are making a schedule where they can meet with their humanities teachers for 30 minutes, their science and math teachers for 30 minutes, and their elective teachers for 30 minutes.

Teachers will be going over the work for the week, answering questions, and facilitating some social activities if time allows. Teachers will be sending out the specific invitations to students; generally, the Monday schedule will look like this:

1:30 – 1:55      Humanities (LA and SS)

2:00 – 2:25      Humanities (LA and SS) or Elective

2:30 – 2:55      STEM (Science and Math) or Elective

3:00 – 3:25      STEM (Science and Math)

STUDENT BELONGING PICK UP, ROUND 3 – WEDNESDAY, MAY 6TH 4:00PM – 5:30PM

We have scheduled an additional time to pick up your student’s belongings/supplies, for Wednesday, May 6th from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.  Student belongings may include contents of lockers (school and/or PE), artwork, and music folders.  In addition, we will be individually emailing families that have items to pick up.  If this time does not work for your family, please let us know and we will arrange an alternative time.
