There have been a lot of questions regarding student class schedules, and we apologize for the delay. Schedules will be given to all students on their first days of school. We know it’s unusual to wait until those first days, but we’re working hard to make sure your students’ schedule is the best match for them!

FREE WEEKLY COVID-19 TESTING AVAILABLE FOR 4J STUDENTS
Eugene School District 4J is pleased to partner with the Oregon Health Authority and the University of Oregon to provide free COVID-19 testing to all 4J students during the 2021–22 school year. The program offers voluntary weekly screening testing for students in grades K–12 via a take-home saliva test. This is an optional program, so interested students must opt-in by completing the registration at tinyurl.com/k12covidtesting
BUS ROUTES ONLINE
You can use this online service to find out where your nearest bus stops are located and whether your student is eligible for bus transportation. Enter your address and your student’s grade level, then click on the school name to see the bus stop or stops near your home. http://www.4j.lane.edu/transportation/
**Please check ASAP for the most up to date routing information**
If your student takes any medication while at school, a medication form must be filled out each school year.
Remember that medication must be in the container in which it was purchased, and labeled properly with instructions from the pharmacy. Please contact Salena Bowen to make arrangements for dropping off medication with the medication form, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 541-790-8300.
The Medication Authorization Form is attached. If at all possible please print and fill out this form before bringing in the medication, otherwise we have paper copies available.
The school fee list is attached. Items listed for purchase at this time are a yearbook (also available for purchase throughout the year), and the “school supply bundle”. The supply bundle is an option for families who would rather pay $20 and have the school provide the items listed below for their student, in lieu of purchasing the items themselves.
